If a referred user reverses a payment or successfully disputes a charge, the corresponding commission is reversed. For initial subscription commissions specifically, there's a 30-day confirmation window - if the subscriber cancels or disputes within that period, the commission is forfeited. For card activations and transactions, commissions are reversed if the underlying transaction is refunded. This keeps the program fair and ensures commissions reflect real, lasting revenue.
A few things will get your account terminated immediately: referring yourself (directly or indirectly), creating or referring fake accounts, running paid ads using Rizon's brand name or logo without written permission, and offering people cash or gifts to sign up through your link. You also can't misrepresent Rizon's product or pricing, use spam or unsolicited messaging to drive referrals, or use any tool that manipulates referral tracking. If you're unsure whether a promotion method is allowed, reach out before using it - it's not worth the risk.
Your link is a smart link that handles every scenario. If someone clicks it on their phone and already has the Rizon app installed, it opens the app directly and your referral code is automatically applied. If they don't have the app yet, they'll be taken to the App Store or Play Store - and once they install and open Rizon, your referral code is automatically retrieved and applied behind the scenes. No manual code entry needed. If someone clicks your link on a desktop, they'll be directed to download the app, and your referral code is carried through to their account when they sign up.
Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid within 15 business days after the month closes. Earnings go directly to your Rizon account. The minimum payout threshold is $50 - if your balance hasn't reached that yet, it carries over to the next month and keeps building until it does. You're responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings in your country.
Yes - that's one of the things that makes the Rizon Partner Program different. Recurring subscription commissions are paid every billing cycle for as long as your referred user stays subscribed. There's no time limit. If you referred someone two years ago and they're still on an Emerald plan, you're still earning every month they renew. You also earn a small commission on every card transaction your referred users make, indefinitely.
A referred user must complete one of the following within 30 days of clicking your link: activate a Virtual Card, purchase a Physical Card, start a paid Gold or Emerald subscription, renew an active subscription, or make a card transaction. If none of these happen within 30 days of their click, the referral won't be attributed to you. Note: for subscription commissions, the initial payment is only confirmed after the referred user has remained subscribed for 30 days - so if they cancel early, that commission won't be paid.
VIP is our top tier, reserved for partners who have a proven audience and track record. Unlike the other levels, it isn't unlocked automatically - you apply for it. You must be at Level 2 or above to apply. If accepted, you earn all Level 3 commission rates plus a fixed monthly salary paid on top of your commissions every month, regardless of activity. The salary amount is agreed individually and set out in a VIP Agreement. To apply, tap "Request to join" in your Partner dashboard.
Levels are based on how many friends you refer who activate a Virtual Card using your link. Reach 10 activations and you move to Level 2 (Pro). Reach 30 and you move to Level 3 (Elite). Once you reach 50 card activations, your account moves to the top of our VIP review list - giving you the highest chance of getting approved. Progression is automatic - there's nothing to apply for. Your level is cumulative and doesn't reset, so every referral counts toward your total permanently.
It depends on your level and what your referrals do. As a starting point at Level 1: you earn 20% on every virtual card activation, 15% on every physical card purchase, 25% on the first payment of any subscription, and 15% every month that subscriber renews. You also earn a small percentage on every transaction your referred users make with their card. Rates increase as you progress to Level 2 and Level 3 - and VIP partners earn all Level 3 rates plus a fixed monthly salary on top.
When you join, you get a unique referral link and code. Share it with your audience - when someone signs up through your link and takes a qualifying action (activates a card, starts a subscription, or makes a transaction), you earn a commission. The more people you refer, the higher your level - and the higher your commission rates. Every Rizon user is automatically enrolled as a partner, so your link and code are already waiting in your Partner dashboard from day one.
You’ll see all of your earnings and detailed information on the ‘Partner’ dashboard in-
app. All payouts will be made to your Rizon account.
No, joining is completely free.
